Eric’s love of building began at the age of 5 when his dad built him his first workbench. What started as an obsession to learn how things worked (translation…taking apart the very expensive remote control car before he knew how to put things back together), later developed into a lifelong passion for solving problems and building things. After obtaining a Mechanical Engineering degree and running a handyman business for years, Eric began flipping homes. He decided to formalize his endeavors upon moving to Nashville and started Firs Construciton with his wife, and resident interior designer, Katie.

When not building homes and investing in Real Estate, you would likely find Eric playing with his 3 boys, on the golf course, or listening to a good podcast.
